Iron Banner | Destiny Wiki


Iron Banner is a Game Mode in The Crucible. As a Game Mode, Iron Banner is characterized by factoring in the player's individual gear in the damage output and resistances. This is the ground to battle after grinding for the better and Exotic Gear. Special rewards are available for participation, including Legendary quality items.
  • Level 20 and up to lead Fireteam
  • Level 5 and up to participate
  • 12 Players, max 6 in each party


" The Iron Banner seeks to forge ever stronger Guardians in the fires of the Crucible. Champions are born in battle. Prove your might and earn the respect of the Lords of Iron."

Located in the Hall of Guardians, The Iron Banner is a limited spawn vendor available only when You can barter items obtained in missions for special currency that then allows you to acquire special equipment.
