titan_icon.jpg Titans are a Tank class, and are the heavy duty. Their armors consist of sturdy material and are the best suited to deal with overwhelming force. Able to wield a personal ghost, they can push their way through most areas.


    • "The first Titans built the Wall, and gave their lives to defend it. Now, you stand in the same high place, steadfast and sure, protecting all who shelter in your shadow. You hail from a long line of heroes, forged from strength and sacrifice. Our enemies may be deadly and merciless, but so are you."
    • "You are an armored engine of war. Control any battle with strength and strategy."

Subclasses

Fist of Havoc - This focus allows the Titan to take heavy damage from the enemy, allowing them to get close and utilize the Fist of Havoc super in order to deal massive damage. "Smash the ground and dissolve enemies in a maelstrom of Arc light."

Ward of Dawn - This sublclass focuses on protecting the player and their team using defensive abilities. Becomes available at level 15 (needs confirmation). "Shape Void Light into an indestructible shield to protect you and your allies from harm.

Sunbreaker - This subclass focuses on dealing fire damage.The class will be unlocked after completing a quest in The Taken King.

Supers

- An area-of-effect ground-pound that creates a shockwave which deals massive damage to surrounding enemies. This ability can be upgraded with a perk which adds an electrical element, allowing for increased damage.
  • Ward of Dawn
- Produce a spherical shield that blocks both incoming, and outgoing fire, without impeding movement of vehicles or infantry. Various upgrades follow the theme of giving yourself and allies advantages while inside, or from passing through the shield. Ward of Dawn is one of two supers which cannot actually kill enemies.
  • Shoulder Barge
- While not the official name, this Super allows the Titan to sprint towards and forcefully ram an enemy with their shoulder. This ability has thus far only been talked about by developers and has not yet been seen in action. A similar ability is implemented within the striker subclass as a non-super ability, and it is likely the final design of this ability.
  • Hammer of Sol
- Summon a flaming hammer and wreak destruction down upon your enemies.

Equipment

All classes have 5 armor slots, with one being unique to each class. Titans have special Titan Marks slots.
Taking on the role of a Tank class, the Titan is mostly seen using powerful heavy weapons, such as light machine guns, rocket launchers, and shotguns, although Titans are able to use every weapon available.
