Auto Rifle Weapon Upgrades
In Destiny, each weapon of Uncommon quality or higher comes with at least 1 Weapon Upgrade ( Legendary Weapons come with two). These do drastically different things and some are much better than others. The following is a list that shows what Weapon Upgrades there are available on Auto Rifles in Destiny, what they do and what quality of Weapon they can be found upon (this is shown by the colored dots on the right). Exotics are not included here because they have static upgrades that do not change.

I recently got a legendary auto rifle from the crucible with reforge ready and horrible perks so I reformed it and got focused fire and glass half full I didn't know this was possible on a legendary auto rifle, has anyone else found this?
