3% melee energy return per enemy hit
Light The Blade is a Hunter Helmet Upgrade that reduces the cooldown of your melee ability by 3% whenever an enemy is damaged by your grenade. This has a 6 second internal cooldown so that grenades with lingering effects can't increase the amount returned.
