In Destiny, HIP FIRE is a Weapon Upgrade that can be found on most Primary Weapons in the game. Weapons in Destiny pull each Upgrade at random from specific pools (with a few Weapons that are an exception). This upgrade reduces the size up your hit circle "bloom" circle by 33% when firing without aiming.
