Provides a 9% bonus to recoil control on top of the weapon's base Stability stat
In Destiny, COUNTERBALANCE is a Weapon Upgrade that can be found on many Uncommon and Rare Weapons in the game. Weapons in Destiny pull each Upgrade at random from specific pools (with a few Weapons that are an exception). Counterbalance increases recoil control, making weapons easier to handle when repeatedly firing.
